Getting started
Use the Apply page. Choose a loan type, enter your details and review them. We then contact you to complete KYC and share your Key Fact Statement. You can also call or visit us using the details on the Grievance and contact page.
No. The calculators and the eligibility estimate on this website do not check your credit report. A credit check happens only after you apply and give consent.
Loan amounts range from ₹30,000 to ₹25 lakh depending on the loan type. See the Loans page for each product.
From 6 months to 60 months, depending on the loan. A shorter tenure means a higher EMI but lower total interest.
Personal loans are unsecured, so no collateral is needed. In some cases we may ask for a co-applicant. You will be told before you apply.
Yes. A co-applicant with steady income can improve your eligibility. Both applicants' documents and consent are needed.
Eligibility and documents
Resident Indians aged 21 to 60 at loan maturity. Salaried applicants need a minimum take-home of ₹20,000 and 1 year of experience. Self-employed applicants need 2 years in business or practice with filed ITRs. These are indicative criteria.
PAN, an address proof such as Aadhaar, income proof, bank statements and a photograph. The exact list for salaried and self-employed applicants is on the Eligibility page.
A score of 700 or above is preferred. Lower scores are assessed case by case and may mean a higher rate or smaller amount.
You can still apply. We will assess your income and bank statements, and may ask for a co-applicant.
Personal loans are meant for personal needs listed in your application. Using them for speculative purposes is risky and may be restricted under your agreement. Please read the permitted purposes in your KFS.
Rates and charges
The interest rate is the cost of the money you borrow. APR also includes fees such as the processing fee, so it shows the real yearly cost. Compare loans using APR.
Interest is calculated each month on the principal still unpaid, not on the original amount. As you repay, the interest part of each EMI falls and the principal part grows.
The processing fee and GST are deducted at disbursal. The EMI calculator shows this as the amount you receive. The deduction is also written in your KFS.
No. Only charges listed in your Key Fact Statement and loan agreement can be applied. Optional products such as insurance are never added without your written consent.
Up to 2% of the sanctioned amount plus GST at the prevailing rate. The exact amount is in your KFS.
The rate type, fixed or floating, is stated in your KFS. Any change allowed by your agreement is communicated in advance and applies only going forward.
EMI and repayment
EMI = P × r × (1 + r)^n ÷ ((1 + r)^n − 1), where P is the loan amount, r is the monthly interest rate and n is the number of months. Our EMI calculator does this for you.
Through auto-debit (e-NACH or e-mandate) from your bank account, or manually by UPI or net banking to the lender's official account. Never pay to a personal account.
A penal charge applies on the overdue amount as per your agreement, your credit score may fall, and we may contact you respectfully between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm. If you expect difficulty, speak to us before the due date.
A flat fee charged when your bank returns an auto-debit because of insufficient balance or another reason. It is stated in your agreement.
Ask customer care. Any change is subject to our policy and will be confirmed in writing.
Yes, free of charge, on request.
Prepayment and closure
Yes. You can part-pay or foreclose at any time. For floating-rate loans to individuals for non-business purposes, RBI rules do not allow a prepayment charge. Check your KFS for the rule on your loan.
Paying an extra amount toward principal while the loan continues. It reduces your interest cost and either your EMI or your tenure.
A No Objection Certificate and a closure statement. Your credit report is updated to show the loan as closed.
For eligible digital loans you can exit within a short period by repaying the principal and proportionate interest, without penalty. The exact period is in your KFS.
Digital lending and data
We collect data only with your consent and for a stated purpose, store it securely, and share it only with regulated entities and credit bureaus as the law requires. See our Privacy policy.
No. We do not need access to your contacts, call logs or gallery to give you a loan.
Only our staff or authorised partners listed in the footer. If someone else calls asking for money or OTPs, do not respond and report it.
Directly to the bank account in your name. Repayments go from your account to the lender, not through a third party.
Write to the contact in our Privacy policy. We will stop non-essential use and delete data we are not required to keep by law.
