What happens next
Your first EMI
The first EMI date and amount are in your repayment schedule. Keep enough balance in the linked account one day before the due date.
Statements on request
You can ask for your loan statement and repayment schedule at any time, free of charge.
Credit reporting
Your repayments are reported to credit bureaus. On-time EMIs help your score grow.
Part-payment
Pay extra toward principal when you have spare cash. Check your KFS for the rule on your loan.
Foreclosure and NOC
Repay the full outstanding to close the loan early. We issue a No Objection Certificate after closure.
Update your details
Tell us if your phone, address or bank account changes so reminders and mandates keep working.
Talk to us early
Job loss, illness or a delayed salary can happen. The best step is to contact us before the due date.
- Tell us what changed. Our team will explain the options that are available for your account.
- Do not take another loan to repay this one without checking the total cost.
- Keep records. Note dates and names of everyone you speak to.
- Know your rights. Recovery must be respectful, between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm, with no threats.
Ready when you are
Work out your EMI, read the terms, and apply only when the numbers feel right. Our team will explain anything you are unsure about.
