What we collect

Identity and contact: name, date of birth, mobile number, email, address, PAN and other KYC documents when you apply.
Financial: income details, bank statements, existing loans, credit information report and repayment history.
Application data: loan type, amount, tenure and purpose.
Technical: device type, browser, IP address and usage on this website, collected through cookies or similar tools.

We do not access your phone's contacts, call logs, SMS or gallery for lending decisions.

How we use it

To assess your application, verify your identity and decide on your loan.
To disburse the loan, collect EMIs, send reminders and service your account.
To comply with laws, RBI directions, KYC and anti-money-laundering rules.
To detect and prevent fraud.
To improve our services. We do not sell your personal data.

Only as needed and as permitted by law:

Credit information companies, for credit reports and reporting your repayments.
KYC and verification agencies, payment and e-mandate providers, and banks.
Lending service providers and technology vendors working for us under contract and confidentiality.
Regulators, courts and law-enforcement agencies when legally required.

We collect and use your data with your clear consent for stated purposes. You can withdraw consent for uses that are not required by law or by your loan contract. Withdrawing consent for something required to service the loan may mean we cannot continue to service it in the same way, and we will explain the effect before you decide.

How long we keep it

We keep data for as long as your loan is active and for the period required by law and RBI directions after closure. After that we delete or anonymise it. Application data of declined applications is kept for period.

Your rights

Ask what personal data we hold about you and why.
Ask us to correct wrong or incomplete data.
Withdraw consent and ask us to erase data we are not required to keep.
Nominate someone to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity, where the law provides.
Raise a grievance with our officer, and with the Data Protection Board of India where applicable.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we will inform you and the authorities as the law requires.

This website

This website may use cookies and similar tools to remember preferences and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Our calculators run in your browser, and the figures you enter in them are not stored by us. The application page on this website currently only prepares a summary for you to share and does not transmit it. Update this line once your application form is connected

Children

Our loans are for adults aged 21 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with its effective date and, for material changes, tell you directly.
